The project involves execution of civil works for 25 telecom tower sites (10 SBC and 20 SBC) in the Ladakh–Zanskar region under challenging high-altitude terrain.

Scope of Civil Works

1. Site Preparation

• Topographical survey and site marking.

• Clearing, leveling, and grading of sites.

• Access path development where required.

2. Foundations & Concrete Works

• Excavation in rocky and hilly terrain for tower foundations.

• Reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting of tower footings as per approved structural drawings.

• Construction of equipment shelter and DG set foundations.

• Plinths for battery banks, DG sets, solar panels, and outdoor units.

• Cable trenches and ducting for telecom and power cabling.

4. Protective & Safety Works

• Earthing pits and concrete chambers.

• Boundary wall/fencing with gates for site security.

• Drainage and water diversion works to protect from snow/rain.

• Site cleanup and restoration after construction.
